How does it work?

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) method is a “self-applied therapy” that consists of gently tapping with your fingertips at the end points of your body’s meridians. EFT taps into the same human energy currents that medical science recognizes through EEG’s for the brain and EKG’s for the heart, and that have been used Chinese therapies for millennia.
